All clients must now have their income tax returns electronically filed. If you are paying by personal check, we will use that account to have your refund deposited into.
If you would like your refund to be deposited into a different account, then you will need to let the office know which bank account you prefer.
If your bank information has changed from last year, you must inform the office of the change. You can do this by updating your banking information on the Client Contact Information Sheet (see tab to the left).
Otherwise, we will automatically use the same account we have on file from the past tax year.
Note: A VOIDED CHECK IS NOT A FORM OF PAYMENT for your tax preparation fee.
No tax returns will be electronically filed until full payment is received.
Note: the Fee Collect payment option is no longer available.
After your income tax return has been completed, you will need to wait a few weeks for it to be processed by the IRS and the State. Click on the Refund Status link to the left for more information.
Please do not contact our office to check your refund status before you have first checked the IRS or State website.
