If traveling by CAR:

Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 30 S. 

Go up to Sunrise Highway (Route 27) and turn left (heading east).

Travel approx. 3/4 of a mile to Park Blvd. There is a Mobile station on the corner.

Turn right onto Park Blvd. (heading south)

Go approx. 8 blocks.  The office is on the right hand side in a private home ~ 220 Park Blvd.  *USE THE SIDE DOOR ENTRANCE*

If traveling by TRAIN:

You will travel on the Long Island Railroad ~ Babylon branch

You will get off at the "Massapequa Park" station ~ note: NOT the Massapequa station

You will head South approx. 8 blocks.  The office is in a private home ~ SIDE ENTRANCE
